Our Trust strategic priorities set out our shared direction and ambition as a Trust.They reflect what matters most to us: securing high‑quality education for every child, strengthening inclusion and wellbeing, developing great teaching and leadership, and working collaboratively to continually improve.

Grounded in our mission and values, these priorities guide our decision‑making and ensure that our efforts are focused on making a genuine and lasting difference for the communities we serve.

Through our strategic priorities, we are committed to building strong and sustainable schools where children belong, achieve, and thrive. We place a strong emphasis on collaboration, professional learning, and evidence‑informed practice, recognising that our collective strength lies in working together. By holding ourselves to clear priorities and high expectations, we ensure our Trust continues to grow, innovate, and deliver excellence now and in the future.

Strategic Priorities 2024 – 27

Strategic priority 1: Ensure strong pupil outcomes through ambitious, inclusive curriculum design and excellent teaching, meeting the needs of every learner.

Strategic priority 2: Foster a thriving Trust community where learning, collaboration and a sense of belonging and well-being is strong.

Strategic priority 3: Develop effective and efficient communication, administration and information management systems.

Strategic priority 4: Ensure effective management of finance and resource to achieve educational vision whilst ensuring financial viability and stability.

Strategic priority 5: Secure sustainable Trust growth with effective on-boarding of new schools.
